EneI woke up before I'm supposed to today, so I went back to sleep. I wake up again from the sensation that someone is blowing on my nose. I open my eyes slightly and the room is not as dark as it's supposed to be, and a woman is staring at my face. I panic and try to make a sound while being sleep paralyzed, the woman notices and flies away. Too scared to get up, I close my eyes. When I open them again the room is dark, so I just start reading Chainsaw man until it's time to wake up.
@Ene I also sometimes feel like there is someone or something there, doing something to me while asleep. The sensation feels incredibly real, at times it even felt like someone was aggressively hitting me while I tried to hide under my blanket. But so far, every time I actually woke up and there was nothing there thankfully. Idk how I'd handle someone staring at my face lol, don't think I'd be able to sleep at all after that
@locagainstwall This one wasn't so bad.The first time I got sleep paralysis (nightmare) was in middle school, unlike this one though, it was three shadowy figures beside my bed slowly reaching to me with their hands, and me desperately trying to scream.
The one I described happened to me a few times now as well. Dunno if it's actually sleep paralysis but whatever it is, I at least haven't seen anything yet. And I hope it stays that way :shinobu_kaka:
I got multiple sleep paralysis dreams today, but I only remember the last one.
Going back to sleep for the 3rd/4th time, I suddenly feel someone laying on my chest and aggressively sniffing my face, I tried to push them away, but I was paralyzed, so I open my eyes and the room is lit enough for me to see that there's a man with black void eyes and mouth right at my face, I panic for a second, but I calm down knowing it's a dream, though a small part of me thinks it's an actual ghost. I glare at him and he smiles and fades away. I wake up and the room is dark.
I notice that stuff like this happen when I masturbate before sleeping, I don't know if it's because of some subconscious guilt, or if it's actual ghosts.
@Ene Don't even know if I ever had a sleep paralysis event. There was one odd nightmare I had where I couldn't wake the hell up despite the little ghost girl chewing on my fucking leg. I was keeping my eyes closed pretending to be dead and she knew, she told me beforehand. :wat:
