     @arstechnica whoever is paying Reddit money is being ripped off… a large amount of new posts and comments are just reposts by bots. Whether the bots are run by Reddit to make the site look more active than it is (and probably justifying it internally as “surfacing old content for our new users”) or 3rd parties looking to build account karma to eventually post links to their shitty drop shipped products, I’m not sure. I just know it’s a ton of recycled content.
