     @rainignterror1080p Honestly, I can't decide, both can have unrealiable damage, crit for Hina and stability for Mika but they are the usual red and yellow choices.

     @rainignterror1080p They do stack because they're not from the same type of skill (e.g. two EXs that give the same buff will replace each other).
