     @aral very funny hits on DHH, but Matt's remarkably resistant to understanding the criticism he's getting. WPEngine is a bad actor in a lot of ways, and Matt's largely fucking up and disgracing himself in response to them. So many people are telling Matt this and he reacts like they haven't understood him about WPEngine.
