IDEA: non-profit charity labor camp where dudes can go to do hard but fulfilling labor (traditional crafts done by hand like blacksmithing, woodworking, carpentry, etc.) in the sun and subsist on diets of red meat and dairy. They willingly contract themselves into the camp for a given time period to get their shit in order. No screens allowed. Kind of like a monastery without the church element and with more labor.
