@Meemoo Given how they pretty much stopped making variations of characters like old HI3 and just crank out new characters it's not that surprising.

@Meemoo I think they just don't give a shit anymore.
They scrambled to give players what they want in Genshin after WuWa because its their biggest cashcow but with how little money HI3 makes, they can't be fucked to do anything substantial to save that game.
To give you an idea how little they give a shit, they STILL haven't added HI3 to their new launcher. Its been saying "coming soon" for months.
The only the reason they haven't EOS'd that trainwreck is because it would look bad.

Isn't their company's total amount of profit still the same despite releasing multiple games now? Me thinks them hitting market cap and failing to attract newer players is making them panic because they are incurring more costs by maintaining 2 more major releases for no gain.

@Meemoo Is it any wonder they don't attract new players and instead the same pool of players hop between their own games.
All their games all use the exact same formula with some slight tweaks.
Same gacha mechanics, same constellation mechanics, same artifact mechanics, same skill tree mechanics, same self insert protag, etc
Honkai Impact was the only game that broke this trend and only because it was older then Genshin. Genshinfying Honkai was the worst thing they could have done to it.
