     @ryuuji they turned the game into a pay to win shitheap back in February by introducing elements and a skill tree system that gives you a huge advantage if you refresh daily non-stop.
     Said system also has a separate tab that uses currency you can only get through events and pulling new gacha characters. You can also get them by regularly pulling a paid-only gacha banner which forces you to pull everything so you can keep up. They added a new currency and shop as a catchup but If you miss a single banner then you have to full spark 3 times (as in pulling the full 200) THREE times just to buy back the material you missed for a SINGLE banner. And to make matters worse, they started balancing the game around WHALE SKILL TREES which means the vast majority of players are FUCKED unless they do incredibly difficult timeliness in battle or rerolled RNG for hours hoping for perfect crits.
     And to make all of this even worse, if you miss a single day of farming these stages then you're behind everyone else PERMANENTLY.
     It's IMPOSSIBLE for new players to catch up because the staves are limited to 1 refresh per day and they keep upping the cap.
     
     And because this wasn't already bad enough, they started spamming limited units every single month, reduced the amount of gems players get from arena and events, and stopped giving away welfare units in events.
     
     They are desperately doing everything they can to milk the game before they pull the plug
