   TIL there's a little design error on our rp2040 based devices which renders the PROG switch nonfunctional. the PROG switch has a 4.7k resistor to the CS line of the flash. but it has to be a 1k resistor. this is annoying but most of the time you can either enter BOOTSEL mode by forcing it with picotool or double-tapping the reset button.

     on the Pocket Reform keyboard, it's R5 (pictured here). you can change this to a 0402 1k ohms if the feature is needed and you're confident with soldering
