   @Turkleton Yeah they had a good thing going just making up populations on the fringe. As long as nobody is likely to discover the real story you can just say there's a far away nation of musclebound horny tomboys looking to kidnap chuds, nobody can fact check it when it's a 17-year voyage

     @WashedOutGundamPilot HAHA true. Herodotus talked about some weird animals in the histories too iirc. I need to revisit the old Greek stuff. I Enjoyed it long ago. Xenophon especially is nice. 😄

     @Turkleton Grandma bought me some of those old greek books and I guess I was too young, I could just not pierce it with my kid attention span. One of the few types of books I couldn't get into. Now I feel like I'm missing out on tons of culture
