It's different if a drone is targeting a tank, or an active machine-gun nest, or something to this effect. Those are active targets. But dropping grenades on sleeping men, chasing down fleeing, unarmed men, and killing men who are looking up at the camera begging for their lives---this is malice. This is evil. This is criminal. It's no longer just warfare or some collateral damage from a wider strike. It's personal, it's sadistic, and it's inhumane. Worse, still, to record oneself doing these grotesque actions and then to disseminate said footage oneself!

When you are watching someone throw their weapons down, get on their knees, surrender, and beg for their lives---and you knowingly kill them anyway---that's not legitimate warfare. It's not self-defense. It's not collateral loss. That's tantamount to a war crime.
