However, I think it's also good that I haven't made moves until now---because, up until now, I didn't know where I was going or what I wanted. The time I spent cruising in my current company and not grinding hard in some direction allowed me the opportunity to discover what direction I need to focus on. I have focus now. I have an objective. I have something to work towards and grind towards.
