     The judge who's presiding over his case was the judge he was insulting for the past year.
     
     it's not looking good for Rackets.
     
     Also the person who was arrested along with him and his wife probably rolled over and will be a witness to nail Rackets.

     That's grounds for the judge to recuse himself, and grounds for overturning any conviction if the judge doesn't.
