I used to take lots of creatine when I first got really into lifting. I found it makes a big difference in muscle size/performance. I need to get back on it because I can’t lift like I could when I was in my 20’s lol.

@grizzlywhisker cureently on 5grams a day greatly improved my climbing performance especially short burst climbing, also just drinkong loads of water makes me feel so clean inside. Honestly the only down side is the 4kg i gained and now i have to improve my gtip strength which is a lot harder than losing weight
