Maybe dnsmasq can do it with a one-liner of command line options-

1. device ask dns for ip for www.pixiv.net
2. dns give ip of own server 10.0.0.1
3. device connect https 10.0.0.1 thinking it's pixiv
4. https server forwards requests through as if it's pixiv, taps into information i need for automation
