   I guess if you’re a malleable guy this can happen. I grew up w/ a dad who was unflinchingly “woman I do whatever the hell I want, don’t lecture me” and it set a standard for me that has always proven polarizing (verbally) but relatively popular w/ my exes.

   Guys scrounging up scraps like this are probably way too nice and accommodating in all the wrong ways. It’s good to spend time with her and defer your goals once in a while, but that’s only after you’ve proven your time has value
