   Netanyahu announced the ethnic cleansing of North Gaza. I must suspect that South Gaza will follow, but this is itself an enormous war crime. Biden can redeem himself morally by voting for a Security Council resolution to order Israel to take this back, and calling for sanctions otherwise.
