   :thinkinghrr: My dumbass finally did this without a guide.
   
   A is the Accumulator charge that goes from 0 to 100.
   If A < 99 then B = 1
   If A < 5 then C = 1
   If B = 1 and C >= 1 then C = 1 and this feeds into itself
   If C >= 1 then Enable
   
   So it'll be disabled until A reaches 4, enabling itself then until A reaches 99, to then disable again.
   
   I still can't think in circuits that well. :awoo_dumb:
