FUNDING LIMITATION. 7 Notwithstanding any other provision of any other di- 8 vision of this Act, funds appropriated or otherwise made 9 available by this Act or other Acts making appropriations 10 for the Department of State, foreign operations, and re- 11 lated programs, including provisions of Acts providing 12 supplemental appropriations for the Department of State, 13 foreign operations, and related programs, may not be used 14 for a contribution, grant, or other payment to the United 15 Nations Relief and Works Agency, notwithstanding any 16 other provision of law— 17 (1) for any amounts provided in prior fiscal 18 years or in fiscal year 2024; or 19 (2) for amounts provided in fiscal year 2025, 20 until March 25, 2025.
